Who is eligible for the Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Medical Weight Loss Program?

Everyone is not eligible for treatment with Semaglutide. Semaglutide is for individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of >/= 30 or a BMI of 27 with at least one weight-related comorbidity such as elevated blood pressure, sleep apnea, elevated cholesterol, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Are these medications safe?

Yes, these medications are safe and obtained through licensed compounding pharmacies who undergo monitoring by the FDA.

How much weight will I lose?

Do you accept insurance?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, FSA, and HSA. The client is responsible for all fees associated with services rendered. You can use your insurance for labs, but not for medications.

How It Works

ESSENTIAL INTEGRATIVE

Initial consultation

At Essential Integrative Health and Wellness, prior to the initial consultation, consent, invoice, and questionnaires are to be completed. Please fill out the forms and pay the nonrefundable $50 deposit. The deposit will go towards your plan. Labs need to be within the last 6 months. If you have not recently had labs drawn and you choose not to have them drawn with your physician, we will order your labs at your consultation.

ESSENTIAL INTEGRATIVE

Medical Assessment

During your initial consultation (20-30 minutes via video), we will review your medical history, discuss your health goals and about your mental health and do basic nutrition and exercise coaching. Once your labs are reviewed and you have no medical contraindications, we can begin your personalized treatment plan.

Treatment Initiation

Start treatment course with medications and supplements as desired. Your package will include treatment and follow-up visits with a board-certified medical professional. You will have access to a provider 24/7. All medications and supplies will be delivered to your home address within 2-3 days. Labs will be collected every 6 months to ensure optimization of your health.
